By using VibeTrip: AI Trip Planner ("VibeTrip", "the app"), you agree to these terms.
1. What VibeTrip does
VibeTrip generates suggested city itineraries using AI, verified against live map data where possible. Itineraries are suggestions, not guarantees: places change their hours, close, or sell out. Always confirm opening times, availability, and safety before visiting a place or relying on a schedule.
2. Free tier and VibeTrip Pro
New users receive a limited number of free itinerary generations. VibeTrip Pro is an optional subscription providing unlimited generations, billed through Google Play. Subscriptions are managed and canceled in your Google Play account settings; refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Tickets and activity bookings
Event tickets and bookable activities shown in the app are provided by third parties (Ticketmaster, Viator). Purchases are made on the partner's own site under the partner's terms and privacy policy. The partner — not VibeTrip — is responsible for pricing, availability, fulfilment, cancellations, and refunds of those bookings. VibeTrip may earn a commission on bookings made through the app.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to bypass usage limits, probe or disrupt our backend, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content (excluding third-party content such as place photos, event listings, and activity listings) belong to us. Itineraries generated for you may be used freely for your personal travel.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including reliance on generated itineraries or third-party bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and significant updates will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
